Next Cowboy Action Shooting Dates: February 5 and 11th, 2012-start @10am

Welcome to the website for the Rattlesnake Mountain Rangers
Cowboy Action Shooting Club.

We are located between Checotah and Warner Oklahoma just south of Muskogee, and shoot the second Saturday of the month.

Next Shoots:
February 5th (that is the First Sunday)
February 11th (that is the Second Saturday)

Start times will be 10:00 a.m. {Winter start time}

A big thanks to all that came out and shot with us. On New Years Day we had 16 shooters. What a way to start a new year. The top shooter on New Years Day was the Creek County Kid, congratulation! Had several top shooters from the Fort Smith area. The weather was nice with lots of Sun. I hope everybody had a good time. I know I did.

We didn’t have the same big turn out on Saturday but lots of spirit. For the first time we used the new stage 4. We are working at expanding the firing line. Coming up will be Stages 5 and 6 some time this spring or early summer. Will have some pictures up after next months shoots. [Didn’t have the camera with on Saturday]

Remember this is Winter and shoots are subject to be canceled due to weather conditions. Will try to e-mail everybody if there is a cancellation also will try to have it posted on the web site.

That is about it for now, plan on coming out and shooting with us on one of the shoot dates.
